We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the goods you order from our Site.

Services

• Ski and climbing skin servicing

Services must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

These Terms apply to all goods and services displayed on our Site at the time you access it, including items listed as out of stock.

We aim to ensure descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur and you agree to purchase goods and services at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order when necessary. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery charges will be added at checkout.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Cancellation Period

• For services: 14 days from purchase
• For goods delivered together: 14 days from receipt
• For goods delivered separately: 14 days from receipt of the final item
• For regularly delivered goods: 14 days from receipt of the first item

Effects of Cancellation

If goods have been dispatched, you must return them promptly at your own cost.
You are responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.

We will reimburse payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If services began during the cancellation period at your request, you must pay a proportionate amount for work completed.

Refunds for Services

Services will be fully refunded (minus postage costs) if no servicing work has been carried out.

Once servicing is complete, no refund is available unless it can be demonstrated that the service was performed inadequately or incorrectly.

Consumer Protection Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979,
the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or other applicable consumer protection laws.
Where there is a conflict, mandatory legal provisions will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Nicholas Thorburn and associated parties will not be liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the Site, except where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nicholas Thorburn from claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.

Severability

the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
